Quality at Apar
We at Apar believe in the Total Quality Management philosophy as a means for continuous improvement in our products and services, total employee participation in quality improvement and customer satisfaction. Our concept of quality addresses all the three dimensions - people, processes and products.
We manufacture all our products as per various Indian and International standards. These products are designed after detailed engineering to meet the specific customers and market requirements and give high performance reliability and customer satisfaction, while in service.
All our divisions have their independent testing laboratories with modern and computerized testing equipments. The quality assurance system at each division ensures the quality of product at each stage right from raw material up to finished product.
Quality Management System
The company has been accredited with various ISO certifications, in addition to the approvals from various National and International Organizations.
The company has strengthened a Six Sigma, a business management strategy using DMAIC approach in various sections of our Specialty Oil division. This has resulted in the overall improvement in the process efficiency, productivity, energy conservation, process capability and reduction in variation leading to cost effectiveness.
We have an in-house Research and Development Centre which is registered with Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Government of India (DSIR) and the Testing laboratories are certified by NABL- National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories for ISO/IEC : 17025 : 2005.
